These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ScrapeSafe mobile application (the "App"), ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
ScrapeSafe provides community and driving-related features, including but not limited to: a social feed, garage profiles, groups, meets, direct messages, route and clearance-related tools, and user-submitted road hazard information. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
You retain rights to content you upload (e.g. photos, videos, text). By posting in the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your content solely to operate, improve, and promote the App (including showing it to other users as intended by the product).
You represent that you have the rights to post your content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.

We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with authorities where required.
Paid features (such as "Pro") are billed by Apple App Store or Google Play through our subscription partner (e.g. RevenueCat). Prices, renewal, and refunds are subject to the store's terms. We do not process your card details.
Free-tier users may see ads (e.g. via Google AdMob). Ad partners may process data as described in our Privacy Policy and their own policies.
Information in the App (including hazard locations and routing suggestions) is informational only. Road conditions change; data may be incomplete or inaccurate. You remain solely responsible for safe driving decisions. The App is not a substitute for judgment, signage, or official road authority information.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) fifty euros (€50), except where liability cannot be limited by law.
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for operational or legal reasons. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.
We may update these Terms. We will post the new date at the top. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where allowed by law. If you do not agree, stop using the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in the Netherlands have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
